A quick introduction before we start. I’m Luke Hally, I’ve had a varied career in digital: making websites for small business, founded fintech and IoT startups, led dev for national and multinationals and am currently a business analyst in the aviation industry. I love travelling. What’s my favourite country to visit? Well that changes every trip, but right now I’d say either Poland or Latvia. 

I’m studying cyber security for a few reasons. Obviously I find the field interesting and full of opportunity to further my career and provide for my family. The course itself will be a challenge so I’m excited by the prospect of stretching my brain, and I’d like to work on something meaningful that will make a difference to society. I think cyber security is one of the great challenges we presently face and I want to be one of the good guys helping to keep society safe.
